Baoguan was established in 1996 ,which covers an area of 130,000 square meters ; annual production and processing capacity is 50000 tons ; owns staff members 438 and 140 different specialized technical personnels . In Feb of 2006 , Baoguan passed the APIQ1 6H-0013 system and products certification . It became the first approval enterprise in Asia and the 13th approval enterprise in the world .
